Goal # 1

Timely Access to Services

Narrative

The timeframe by which the organization will schedule intakes for consumers who have been referred is an indication of program efficiency. The more quickly the organization can schedule intakes for consumers to start employment services, the faster consumers can earn money and become a productive and contributing member of their family, as well as the larger community. 

2022 Goal 

At least eighty percent (80%) of all consumers will complete an intake within twenty-one (21) days of intake authorization. 

Result

95% of all consumers completed an intake within 21 days in 2022. 

Goal # 2

Enhance Overall Consumer Satisfaction

Narrative

A consumer’s level of satisfaction is crucial as it provides a first-hand account of the consumer’s impressions regarding the organization, treatment providers, facilities, and their overall treatment experience. Consumers who are satisfied with their treatment experience are more likely to recommend the organization to friends, family members, and other acquaintances within the community - thereby enhancing the organization’s reputation and vitality. 

2022 Goal 

Ninety percent (90%) overall satisfaction rate will be reported via anonymous satisfaction surveys collected from consumers served in employment services. 

Result

Overall Consumer Satisfaction totaled 92% for 2022. 

Goal # 3

Enhance Overall Referral Source Satisfaction

Narrative

Referral source feedback can provide a first-hand account of the experience of coordinating and linking clients with the services provided by the organization. Referral sources who are satisfied with their experience are more likely to refer clients again - thereby enhancing the organization’s reputation and vitality.     

2022 Goal 

90% overall satisfaction rate will be reported via anonymous satisfaction surveys collected from referral sources in all applicable counties.  

Result

The average referral source satisfaction rate for 2022 = 95%
