Employment Services Program Outcomes

Goal # 1

Consumers will Secure Employment in a Timely Manner

Narrative

The time frame by which the organization will assist consumers to secure employment is an indication of program efficiency.   The more quickly the organization can assist consumers to secure employment, the faster consumers can earn money and become a productive and contributing member of their family, as well as the larger community.

2018 Goal 

At least sixty percent (60%) of all consumers will be employed within ninety (90) days of Tier II authorization.

Result

In the 4th quarter of 2018, 66% of all consumers were employed within 90 days of Tier II authorization with the average length of time from Tier II authorization to employment being 39.9 days.  

Goal # 2

Enhance Overall Consumer Satisfaction

Narrative

A consumer’s level of satisfaction is crucial as it provides a first-hand account of the consumer’s impressions regarding the organization, treatment providers, facilities and their overall treatment experience.  Consumers who are satisfied with their treatment experience are more likely to recommend the organization to friends, family members and other acquaintances within the community - thereby enhancing the organizations reputation and vitality.    

2018 Goal 

Ninety percent (90%) overall satisfaction rate will be reported via anonymous satisfaction surveys collected from clients served.  

Result

A total of 39 satisfaction surveys were submitted by DIP participants in 2018.     The overall satisfaction rate for the year was 94%.  

Goal # 3

Enhance Overall Referral Source Satisfaction

Narrative

Referral source feedback can provide a first-hand account of the of the experience of coordinating and linking clients with the services provided by the organization.   Referral sources who are satisfied with their experience are more likely to refer client’s again - thereby enhancing the organizations reputation and vitality.      

2018 Goal 

Ninety percent (90%) overall satisfaction rate will be reported via anonymous satisfaction surveys collected from referral sources. 

Result

In 2018, 40 referral source satisfaction surveys were mailed out, and 19 were returned making the return rate 47.50%.  The average referral source satisfaction rate for 2018 = 93.00%
